Policies and Guidelines for CtC Warrior Staff Representatives and Members

While the Administrators, Specialty Moderators, Assistant Specialty Moderators, and Topic Moderators of this Forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every single post. The IP Addresses of all posts are securely recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

General Outline of Posting Guidelines

i. There shall not be any form of depictions relative to nude or pornographic material; extreme or distaining violence to human beings or animals, hate related symbols or images (e.g. Confederate Flag, Nazi Swastika (not to be confused with having any actual relation to a plain Maltese Cross), KKK ORION logo, etc.), recognized gang affiliation symbols or images, (i.e. hand signs related to the Bloods, Crips; abbreviations related to the Nortanios (XIV, X4, 14), Soranios (XIII, X3, Sur 13), Asian Boyz Gang (ABZ), etc., or religious extremist groups, sacred brotherhoods, etc.), posted anywhere upon this site, whether by authorized or unauthorized upload or by any form or means of off-site linking, or hot-linking, either publicly or privately. Any such discovered graphics or images will be removed immediately upon their finding by the appropriate Topic Moderator or Administrator.
a. “Depictions” are to be understood as being any form of electronic media consisting of or as a viewable graphic or image file, or display of plain text, regardless of textual font or color.
b. Discussions on such matters are entirely permitted and displaying reasonable graphics or images solely for educational purposes within the discussion is permitted, however, at the discretion of the Administration or Topic Moderator, though using such an image as a personal avatar or signature is not appropriate and will not be tolerated.
ii. Any blatantly violent or terroristic statement either via posting, replies, emails, or private messages (PM’) will result in the immediate banning of the offending parties and permanent locking of the topic where the incident took place (as applicable).
a. All Staff Representatives will work in full cooperation with law enforcement officials should such cooperation be requested by any victims to bring such an unlawful matter to a swift, timely, and justified closure. This community will not be degraded by these types of unwarranted and unjustly attacks upon any other member.
b. Violent and terroristic statements are those which pertain to the blatant and premeditated taking of another beings life, burning or damaging of their property by means of arson or explosive device, committing a heinous act upon another such as: forcing the molestation or rape of the person (a victim), holding the person (a victim) captive or for ransom, burning, mutilating, or torturing the person (a victim), etc..
i. Terrorist threats are covered under California Penal Code § 422; § 653m; Libel and Slander are covered under California Civil Code; § 46; Sexual Harassment is covered under California Civil Code: § 51.9; Stalking/CyberStalking is covered under California Penal Code 646.9; California Civil Code § 1708.7; Injunctions to Prevent Harassment are covered under California Civil Procedure § 527.6. For further clarification the above was referenced under the Laws of California, though are applicable, although potentially varied throughout all Continental United States, under each States own independent body of Laws.
iii. Regarding the spirit of exception, this would obviously preclude that of a joking statement or statements giving a potential scenario or example that could occur stated for an educational or relevant discussion within the appropriate forum (regardless of it actually being a real-life scenario/example or not) would not by no justified means uphold the same impact as a lawful violation of a violent or terroristic threat and thus would not attribute to such a violation that would impact as a considered violation of this stated standard; such as stating, as an example to provide a point of what does and does not consist as a valid threat during an appropriate discussion: “Really, well how would you feel about the death penalty if I were to tie you up so that you could watch me as I torture and kill your entire family?” versus [matter-of-factly out of primal spite and anger] “You are such a total idiot, I am going to come over to your house while you are asleep to tie you up, so that I can pull out every last one of your fingernails, execute every one in your family, and then torch your house burning your entire family to ashes to get rid of all the evidence!” Conclusively, neither of the above hypothetical statements [or any such statement for that matter] lends exception to alleged wrongdoing if it is misinterpreted by the subject-target of the statement, regardless of the poster’s actual intention within the context or point of their statement, as to whether it being intended as a joke or not, thus, discretion of such statements are left at the sole responsibly of the poster themselves as are the repercussions of such statements should they be made.

i. Designated User Group topics will only be visible to those granted the required permissions to post within those forum topics.
ii. All members will be able to edit and delete their own posts.
iii. All members will be able to create surveys and voting polls and participate in surveys and voting in forums that permit surveys and voting.
a. Some forums may not permit surveys or voting due to the purpose of the forum or may require that the designated Topic Moderator initially start the survey or voting poll.
iv. All members will have full-level access within the designated “smack-talk” forum.
a. “Full-level access” meaning, all members will be capable of posting stickies, announcements, and create and participate within surveys and voting polls within that designated forum.
v. All members may display graphics or images as they wish so long as the graphic or image meets the requirements as set for the 'General Outline of Posting Guidelines' Policy.
vi. There will be a cursing filter applied to all posts, which will change the foul word to display as “[expletive]”, all members can choose whether or not to enable or disable the cursing filter within their UCP settings as they deem personally appropriate.
vii. No post shall ever be edited, deleted, or modified by any Staff Representative without proper justification and cause to do so, (i.e. removing obscene content, deleting duplicate posts, spam posts, or advertisements, etc.).
a. Staff Representatives will soft-delete unwarranted forum topics and posts rather then permanently deleting them, this is in a proactive effort to maintain good record keeping, while upholding this websites overall integrity.
b. Forum topics or posts may only be moved or altered by the actively assigned Topic Moderator and only when it is justly determined that the topic or post is in the wrong forum category or topic or if the content with the post deems the need for modification, (i.e. removing an inappropriate image, correcting blatant misinformation, etc.). If the designated Topic Moderator is not available within a reasonable period of time then an available Staff Representative will be authorized to move or alter the topic or post as appropriate.
i. Stipulation: If an Administrator deems the justified need to, they may themselves take immediate action upon a forum topic or post that is in direct violation of this ‘Communities Policy and Standards’.
viii. No topic will be locked, unless it is a time sensitive topic such as for a survey or voting related forum topic, etc., or because the topic has been deemed to have been ‘solved’, or the topic has become a virtual crime scene as so described under the 'The Smack Talk, Flaming Consideration' Policy.
ix. When dealing with unforeseen circumstances Administrators may lend exception to any of the aforementioned guidelines as they deem necessary so long as the end result is as levelly justified as it is appropriate and upholds the overall spirit and integrity of this community.
a. In an unforeseen circumstance designated Topic Moderators shall take no action without first consulting with their designated Administrator.
i. Topic Moderators may consult with another Administrator should their designated Administrator not be available within a reasonable period of time.
x. Topic Moderators are to always act within the good faith of their appointed Administrators, whom shall both be bound to uphold the spirit and integrity of this community and these CtC Warrior Forums and Internet website, including all companion websites.
xi. All designated Staff Representatives are free to engage in open discussion and under the same expectations and following the same guidelines and policies, and in the same manner as any other member within this community.
a. All Staff Representative positions are voluntary and are non-paying.

Discrepancies Involving Other Members or Staff Representatives

Any member experiencing a discrepancy or matter of concern is requested to first notify the designated Topic Moderator of the related forum topic in which the matter of concern is related to, if after doing this the matter is still not resolved the member is then requested to notify the appropriate Topic Moderator assigned to the related forum category (with exception to instances where this is the same Staff Representative who is designated to the originating forum topic, when this is the case this latter step may then be skipped by the member); if after doing so and the matter has still failed to reach a resolution the member is requested to then notify an available Administrator.
i. All means of contact is requested to be done privately through Private Message (PM) or email, the member is free to choose whichever Administrator they so wish to for establishing their point of contact.
ii. For convenience to the member, the member may discuss their concern or issue with as many Administrators as they deem necessary, so long as they notify each additional Administrator that they have prior discussed the matter of concern with other Administrators, including listing whom those Administrators were.
a. This is solely for the purpose of preventing conflicts that may result by having two or more Administrators working on a conflicting solution that could likely result in ultimately bearing more problems for the matter at hand as well as the community.
iii. The means of contacting Staff Representatives should be thought of as a structured chain-of-command, which will be upheld and honored by all Staff Representatives at all times, members are requested to honor this standard as well, though are not required to do so.
iv. It will remain the goal of all involved Staff Representatives to ensure that all discrepancies at hand are regained with proper order and that a reasonable and timely resolution will bring each concern, issue, or matter to a respectable closure for all parties involved.

Admin/Mod Tagging

All topics or posts which are edited, duplicated, modified, or moved by any Staff Representative shall be marked within the content of the originating topic or post (located at the very bottom of the effected post or if a topic at the very bottom of the topics initial post) by the acting Administrator or Topic Moderator. This tagging will include the Administrators or Moderators handle (username) the date and time (locally for the Administrator or Topic Moderator), along with the action taken and the reason or reasons for such action, this will be referred to as ‘Admin/Mod Tagging’. This feature is to assist in maintaining this websites accountability.

Harassment & Petulance

Members inciting persistent harassment and resentment among any other member of this community will as a form of disciplinary action be placed within the ‘TWIT Access User Group’ for a period of time deemed sufficient by Staff Representatives.
i. The ‘TWIT Access User Group’ is designed to severely restrict the affected members overall forum permissions, such as not being able edit or delete posts, losing forum customization features, etc..
ii. Members that routinely require ‘TWIT Access User Group’ or other such disciplinary action may be eligible for temporary or permanent banning as deemed appropriate by Staff Representatives.

Smack Talk, Trash Talk, Flaming Consideration

Smack Talk, Trash Talk, and Flaming will be constituted by any form of discussion or topic that includes any combination of racial slurs and/or remarks, sexual references and/or innuendos, personal degradation and/or prejudgments on the part of the poster; or posted content that is/was crafted primarily for the purpose of belittling another member or Staff Representative. None of these violations shall be considered as grounds for disbandment or disciplinary action, though such posts will be ‘Admin/Mod Tagged’ as deemed appropriate.
i. Exception to Disbandment or Disciplinary Action of Offending Members -- If a member or members feels they are being targeted and harassed by another member or members they shall advise the aggressing parties either publicly or privately to thus, clearly state and iterate to them their concerns by means of a kind request and wish for the offending parties to seize or limit their personal attacks upon the them, (the offended member). Should the aggressing parties continue discarding the offended member(s) request, the offended parties should then follow the guidelines stated within the 'Procedures for Reporting Discrepancies' and immediately contact their designated Staff Representative.
ii. Addendum; to qualify for above (i) 'Exception to Disbandment or Disciplinary Action of Offending Members', the offended Member(s) must remain civil towards the aggressor(s) or offending parties at all times and notify their designated Staff Representative of each offending and unaltered post. If the offended member fails to do meet this qualification, it will void the alleged dispute on the grounds of “mutual combat” and could result in a qualification of the above (i) 'Exception to Disbandment or Disciplinary Action of Offending Members' for all involved members or parties.
iii. Members are free to speak in the given manner, tone, and verbal dialect that they so wish, using their own judgment and moral taste.
a. This community is one that will remain true to reasonable rights to freedoms of speech and will do so on the knowledge and understanding that at times there are certain subject matters and/or means of discussion which may be said in a given matter that will ultimately offend another member or members, this community shall realize that this is a basic concept of the human nature when dealing with protecting another's freedoms and rights to expression of their innermost self, thus one must willingly expose themselves to the subjective of another individual’s ideal.
b. Stipulation: This section does not lend any rights to any member or party as a consideration for that member or party or another member or party to advance in a violation of any listed criteria within these guidelines. Good faith and judgment are expected on the part of all members; all members are expected to fully comprehend the meaning of “civil” and “discretion”.
iv. Slight or light joking and poking of other members are permitted in forums outside of the designated “smack talk” forum, unless there is a violation which would be incurred on the part of the aggressor or aggressors as aforementioned; i.e. in normal circumstances it would be acceptable to make fun of or mock another member in a forum outside of the designated “smack talk” forum, so long as that is not the obvious or sole intent of the post, e.g. while stating: “WTF, basehead? Are you on back on the crack again? That is was not the context in which Alex Jones spoke about Zionism! He was merely stating the scope is much more broader then you seem to currently realize, he wants the mass populous to know that they should not fixate on such a narrow perspective, that exactly is what the NWO wants you to do!” would be quite acceptable as it qualifies as also being a purposeful post, while throwing a few cheap shots out there at the other participants expense; whereas a post stating: “WTF, basehead? Are you back on the crack again, you retard?” would not be very acceptable as it is clearly and purposefully libel towards another participant with not other obvious purpose.
v. Cursing shall be permitted freely throughout the forums, though only outright Smack Talking, Trash Talking, and Flaming will be permitted within the designated “smack talk” forum.
a. Curse filters are configured to delimit the impact of any resulting over aggression on the part of any member or members and may be configured at each members own preference within their User Control Panel (UCP).
vi. The designated “smack talk” forum is the presently “The Octagon”.
